Let us look at the ten steps we can use to create and build a diverse transformation organization. Step 1# .  Define your Mission and Vision:  by  conveying your organization's commitment to diversity and people transformation. This includes establishing values such as inclusion, respect, and equal opportunity for everyone. Step 2# .  Set measurable goals:  Develop specific and measurable goals that reflect diversity and inclusivity. For example, aim to increase the representation of women, people of color, and other underrepresented groups throughout the organization, including in leadership positions. Step 3#.  Create a diverse hiring strategy: Review your hiring and volunteering methods and make necessary changes to attract diverse candidates. This may involve expanding your candidate pool by utilizing diverse job meetings, partnering with organizations that focus on underrepresented people, or implementing blind screening methods.
